Grafton Heritage Accommodation maintains three heritage properties. All properties are tastefully fitted out with furniture of the era along with all the modern conveniences.
Rosslyn is a beautiful large house on Alice Street built in 1889. It is a block from the race course and close to the CBD. It can sleep up to twelve people.
Ithaca is a large weatherboard house built in 1919. It is a couple of blocks from the racecourse and close to the RSL club and a few blocks from the hospital. It can sleep up to seven people.
Azile and Eliza are part of a 1875 duplex. Azile, 32 Villiers Street, is on the left and Eliza, 30 Villiers Street, is on the right. Each will sleep up to five people.
You can combine the Azile and Eliza to sleep up to ten people.
'Rosslyn' - 137 Alice Street Grafton
'Rosslyn' - 137 Alice Street Grafton is a beautiful heritage house built in 1889 of Queen Anne design. Rosslyn is included on all the major heritage lists.
You'll find 5 bedrooms each with queen beds plus an additional 2 singles in the upstairs bedroom.
It has a huge backyard and pool along with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
It will sleep 12 people comfortably and includes 2 1/2 bathrooms.
'Ithaca' - 127 Mary Street Grafton
‘Ithaca’ is located on the corner of Mary and Dobie Street, Grafton. It is a weatherboard home built in 1919 with large verandas that surround 3 sides of the home.
There are 3 bedrooms furnished with gorgeous antique double beds, and a single day bed in the living room and the master bedroom has a newly installed ensuite bathroom, with a french porcelain basin and vintage style imported English tap fittings.
It will sleep seven people comfortably.

'Eliza' - 32 Villier Street Grafton
Grafton Heritage accommodation welcomes you to Azile and Eliza, our Victorian red brick duplex built in 1875.
The duplex is the only example of its style in New South Wales.
Eliza is the left half of the duplex and has one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and a second bedroom upstairs which includes a queen bed with its own lounge area, TV and fully made up daybed.
It can sleep up to five people.
'Azile' - 30 Villier Street Grafton
Grafton Heritage accommodation welcomes you to Azile and Eliza, our Victorian red brick duplex was built in 1875.
The duplex is the only example of its style in New South Wales.
Azile is the right half of the duplex and has one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a second bedroom upstairs which includes a queen bed with its own lounge area, TV and fully made up daybed.
It can sleep up to five people.
