Rosslyn is a large house with two bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs and 2 1/2 bathrooms and an extensive back yard and beautiful pool.  It comes with a Weber BBQ and outdoor chairs and tables.  There are plenty of pool towels and even a variety of blow up pool toys, pump included.
There is plenty of off street parking available at the rear with access through the side driveway.
The living room is downstairs with a smart TV set up with Netflix and Stan.  We also have excellent business quality internet throughout the property.  A second smart TV is in the main bedroom upstairs.
The bedrooms are all supplied with 1000 thread count 100% cotton sheets and large fluffy towels along with bathrobes in the wardrobes.
The bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The kitchen is fitted out with a contemporary induction cook top along with an oven, microwave and dishwasher plus a coffee machine with a selection of pods and a variety of teas.  The kitchen is fully kitted out with crockery and cutlery and pots, pans and bake ware so you can cook up a storm if you so desire.
We offer some breakfast supplies and we will contact you to confirm your bread and milk preferences.  The fridge is stocked with cereals and breakfast spreads.
The laundry is located at the rear of the house and has both a washing machine and a dryer with detergent supplied.
