Grafton Heritage accommodation welcomes you to Azile and Eliza, our Victorian red brick duplex built in 1875. You can book the whole duplex if you need more room.
The duplex is the only example of its style in New South Wales. Azile is on the right and Eliza is on the left hand side. Combine the two for your stay if you need lots of space.
It is located in central Grafton, within walking distance of the mighty Clarence river, across the road from Grafton Shopping World and easy access to out newly refurbished Art Gallery, the restored Saraton Theatre, Schaffer House Historical Society and many restaurants and hotels.
Eliza and Azile are both furnished with beautiful antique furniture that has been sourced from around the Clarence Valley.
when you book the entire duplex you will have 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 1 double bed and 2 single day beds, this will allow a total of 10 guests.
The main lounge is downstairs at the front and the kitchen and laundry are at the back along with the bathroom.
We have a large area available for off street parking which is popular for ski boats in the season.

What's included
Eliza and Azile make a very roomy tiny home.
Downstairs has a living room with a smart TV set up with Netflix and Stan. We also have excellent business quality internet throughout the whole building.
The downstairs bedroom in Eliza comes antique brass double bed and Azile with a queen sized bed.
Also downstairs is an eat in kitchen with full size gas stove and microwave. All cutlery and crockery is provided.
There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a newly renovated bathroom with a generous shower. The hot water is supplied by a new heat pump service.
Upstairs has the second bedroom with queen sized bed in both apartments and its own lounge area including smart TV.
Our linens are 1000 thread count 100% cotton. Large fluffy towels are provided along with bathrobes in the wardrobes.
We have a large area available for off street parking and we are popular for ski boats in the season.
We offer some breakfast supplies and we will contact you to confirm your bread and milk preferences.
